You may think that if you have problems with your credit you may not be able to purchase your home.  Nothing further from the truth... 

Fortunately, there is a loan program for first time buyers that will allow to purchase your dream home with credit problems. 

The following Guide Lines of the Lenders Can be Used to Be Pre-Qualified:

*    Buyer to use property as Primary Residence.
*    Down Payment - 3.5% of Sales Price. (This down payment can be a gift from a close relative.       Paper trial required.)
*    Credit Score (FICO) equal or above 600.
*    All Collections need to be paid.
*    Steady work for the last two years on similar trade.
*    Income Taxes of 2007 and 2008.
*    One month of recent pay check stubs
*    Last two bank statements.
*    The Seller May Pay a Large Part of the Closing Costs.
*    The loan may include up to $35,000.00 for repairs.
