Why I Love Real Estate
I Would like to explain why I love real estate!
My wife Guadalupe and I began to work in real estate early in 1992. In other words we have about 14 years in the field.
I have a strong belief that a person needs to evaluate the work that he or she does because a job, in addition to provide the necessary economic support, it has be to be vehicle in which the person grows. Also, I think that a person needs to pay attention in what the job is transforming him or her into. With this in mind, them, we asked ourselves, spiritually, what have we gained from real estate?
Little by little an answer was emerging. We have been, in a way, catalizers of the realization of the dreams of each family that we have had the privilege to serve.
The story repeats itself continuously: after buying a home, every family has become better in many ways. Many have come our of humble places when buying a home. Those homes have become the place where the family consolidated itself and advanced. These homes, in many occasions have been the vehicle in which the family has grown economically. Many have used its equity to launch new business!
These homes are indeed a temple for the love of the family. We have constantly seen how physically the homes improve. Many have modified the house and increased its size. We have seen with pride how the gardens blossoms.
We feel blessed when we visit the home of our now friends, who are now hundreds, and we are received with sincere appreciation. The children, now converted in men and women, remember us and say: "you helped us to buy this home". And a few time, to those children, we have had the privilege to help them also, to buy their home!
It will be pretty arrogant from us to say that only from the act of having sold a home to our friends is that they have grown. No, these families have grown due to the fertile land that we have found in this great country and to the effort and commitment of each family. We, again, have only been the catalyzers of their dreams. This is what we have gained. God has given us the privilege of serving them.
Please, always remember the following: We are enjoying a land that has been blessed by the sacrifice of many of their children. We send them our admiration, gratitude and prayers.
