Es ilegal el considerar la raza, etnicidad, origen, nacionalidad, religion predominante en un vecindario o area geografica alrededor de una casa o desarrollo, independiente si tal composicion esta teniendo un cambio, o se espera que tenga un cambio, al valorar una casa para determinar si se va otorgar o no, o bajo que condiciones se va a proveer la asistencia financiera.
