Lighthouse Real Estate Service has been in operation since 1998. Mr. Oscar Alfred Barker, its Broker, began his career in real estate in 1992 as a full time Broker.

During a real estate transaction, especially for buyers and borrowers, several pieces of private information is collected. Here there is a typical list, which not exhaustive of the information required:

  • Our computers are protected with 'firewall" programs that will prevent attacks of hackers.
  • Paper that is wasted is shredded.

Your Information will not be sold.

  • Your information will not be sold nor will be made available to no one that is not directly related to the transaction.
  • Wholesale lenders will receive your private information. They have their own guidelines to uphold the privacy of the borrowers.
  • Credit company will also receive some of your private information to obtain your credit history. They as well have their own privacy rules.

No Discrimination:

It is illegal to discriminate in the provisions of or in the availability of financial assistance because of the consideration of:

These provisions govern financial assistance for the purpose of the purchase, construction, rehabilitation or refinancing of a one-to-four unit family residence occupied by the owner and for the purpose of the home improvement of any one-to-four unit family residence.
